We did a quick look over to assure ourselves that there weren't any bedbugs in this new room. I stayed here two years ago and was very pleased with the entire hotel. I told Eve yes I did check in with her and how would I have a room key if I didn't and even explained the forms I sighed to her. Stevie and Nicki did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. When a booking is made, the entire amount of the stay is charged upon creating the reservation as a deposit. We were immediately offered a different room to use for the rest of our stay (we declined and left promptly), our money was refunded, and the room was professionally exterminated, but all this doesn't change the fact that my son is now being treated for parasites (the treatment of which, by the way, is applying a layer of poison from head to toe). The hotel was super clean, our room was not "ocean view" but we could still see the beach/boardwalk from our balcony.
