x4: foundations how to level up pilots

it's like winning the lottery twice in a row. For the obvious reason it has no star requirement like actual auto trade default order does Pilots don't level it's bugged, they can increase their managment skill if the pilot skill is low enough while piloting rofl xD. It can still take up to a couple hours to get a station with just storage and set up trade, and then a couple more hours to get them leveled up. Combat seems the fastest, I found using pilots to guard a gate from xenon as they enter was a manageable way to star up. I've been playing for 2 hours and only got one 3 star pilot by getting my 1/2 star to 2 stars with a 1 star seminar then the rest by manually selecting trade routes.
